| we may throw the dice... |
But the Lord determines where they fall... I'm breathing a sigh of relief on this Wednesday morning...and I am grateful that even though the weather forecasters foresaw 6-10" of rain, and 60+ mph winds, we were spared. It's still raining and dreary, just a lil windy, BUT no where near what South Florida was told would come upon us yesterday eve.
Antonio and I will take down a couple of the shutters today, it's just too dark inside the house—and with that, try to get some of the 'sunlight' and warmth back inside.
My sis just left after a sippin on strong Cuban cafe and a yummy breakfast of scrambled eggs & ham. We stayed up late last night watching movies and drinking Screwdrivers. Needless to say, we made a 'blockbuster' night of Ernesto warnings!
Well, we made it thru another named storm...life gets back to normal and it's back to school tomorrow. I welcome my routine once again...my everyday, usual, regularly scheduled life!
Besos mi gente...
