Peeing sitting down...no ability for discreet emergency relief and there's nothing like the thigh workout you get when squatting in a public restroom so as not to touch the seat
Menstruation... "Pads, they're like diapers for grown-ups!", "Nothing like the immediate fear that you may have leaked and you're in public...in white capris"
Morning sickness...guys, it's like being hungover for three months but you never get the benefit of partying and getting wasted the night before
Labor...do not even attempt to compare this is being kicked in the nuts...do not even go there...

General daily societal upkeep...hair washed, blow dried and styled and make-up
Daily shave of two legs, two pits and the cooter
