Okay, it's pretty much the holiday season now - parking lots are full, stores  lines are long and tempers are short - I would like to remind shoppers of a couple of things:
1) YOU'RE NOT THE ONLY PERSON IN THE DAMN STORE - this means that you shouldn't block entire aisles, let your kids run free or have an extremely sensitive personal conversation on your cell phone.
2) Unless there are signs up in the store proclaiming it as "everything is free day", you're going to have to pay for that stuff, so while the cashier is ringing up all 57 items you've decided to purchase, why not get out your preferred method of payment. Don't wait until the cashier has given you your total (twice) to finally open up your purse and dig out your wallet.
