The Wizard of Oz to the Tin Man

"As for you, my galvanized friend, you want a heart. You don't know how lucky you are not to have one. Hearts will never be practical until they can be made unbreakable."

The Tin Man's response.

"But I still want one."

And that's the answer. I still want one, even if it may break. The beauty in loving is profound. It is the regret that is the ugly part.

I prefer the beauty.

I may regret many things in my life, but loving is not one of them. It will never EVER be one of them.
